The first Quarter Finals Match up will be TL vs KRÜ and Xipto vs KC
The pinnacle event of the VALORANT Game Changers circuit — celebrating the best women and marginalized-gender talent — will take place from November 20 to 30 in Seoul, South Korea. Ten of the world’s best teams will battle it out for the prestigious title of World Champion at the Game Changers Championship (GCC).
The qualified teams are: Shopify Rebellion Gold, Team Liquid Brazil, G2 Gozen, Karmine Corp GC, GIANTX GC, Xipto GC, Ninetails, KRÜ Blaze, Nova Esports GC, and MIBR GC. On November 3, Riot Games officially unveiled the tournament bracket, setting the stage for the first matchups of the 2025 World Championship.
Ten Teams, One Crown
The Championship will kick off with two matchups in the Upper Bracket Round 1. The opening clash will feature Ninetails facing off against Nova Esports GC, a showdown between the #2 seed from the Pacific region and the #2 seed from China. The winner of that match will advance to the Quarterfinals, where G2 Gozen await. In the second quarterfinal, Team Liquid Brazil and KRÜ Blaze will take the stage, with both teams vying for a spot in the Upper Bracket Semifinals.
On the other side of the bracket, MIBR GC, the Americas Last Chance Qualifier winners, will go head-to-head with GIANTX GC, the third EMEA seed. The winner will move forward to face none other than the defending (and back-to-back) world champions, Shopify Rebellion Gold, in the Quarterfinals. The final matchup of the quarterfinals will see the Pacific champions, Xipto GC, take on Karmine Corp GC, the #2 EMEA seed, for a ticket to the Upper Semifinals.
As a reminder, the Game Changers Championship will follow a double-elimination format, meaning an early loss won’t immediately spell elimination. Every team will have a second chance in the Lower Bracket to fight their way back — and potentially claim the throne in Seoul.
