CyvOph returns to Challengers France
On Monday, Joblife announced the addition of Clement "CyvOph" Millard to its team for the next stage of the French VALORANT league, the Challengers France. The player is joining on a loan deal from Team Vitality, after nine matches and more than convincing performances for a rookie at the highest level of European VALORANT.
The French Controller returns to a league he knows well, having been one of its headliners during the first Split of 2025, when he played for Mandatory. After three seasons with the "Hammer" club, Vitality came to poach this talent in full bloom.
In addition to removing the French player, Vitality has also decided to accept a step back to its Swedish in-game leader, Saif "Sayf" Jibraeel, to allow him to focus on his well-being and distance himself from competitive pressure. Vitality has also communicated that they have worked on different roster compositions in order to reach Paris Champions, after a more difficult Split 1 than expected, following what was nevertheless a convincing first half of the season.
A comeback in France
CyvOph's return to competition starts on July 5, for the third split of the French league, with the EMEA Challengers and Ascension at the end of the season in mind. Having come so close to climbing to the VCT last year, Joblife is keen to repeat the feat.
After a near-perfect 2024 and a start to the year in the same vein with success in Challengers France, JL was taken by surprise in his second split, finishing Top 5-6, far from recent standards.
