Despite another defeat against Bilibili Gaming,
managed to make it through the
League of Legends tournamentās Group Stage at the Esports World Cup after overcoming GAM Esports twice.
spoke to
Sheep Esports about the teamās start to the competition and the outcome of the MSI, which crowned the player alongside whom he won three World Championships, Lee "Gumayusi" Min-hyung.
The player widely regarded as one of the best supports in the world also shared his prediction for the next inductee into the Hall of Legends, whose name will be revealed next August.
What are your takeaways from today's matches and qualifying for the playoffs?
Ryu "Keria" Min-seok: "The biggest thing I'm taking away from today's match and making it into the playoffs is that, playing again today, we came away with even more feedback than before. So, as a team, I think we can play better tomorrow.
You've lost to BLG twice recently. How do you see them as a team right now?
Keria: We've played BLG twice recently and lost both times. The way I see it, in this meta, BLG plan out the early game really well, and I think they're also very strong in skirmishes. When it comes to that kind of planning, when BLG are ahead, they set things up so well that we feel a lot of pressure. But when we're ahead, our own setups felt somewhat lacking, and I think that left a lot to be desired.
Your former teammate Gumayusi just won MSI 2026 with Hanwha Life Esports. How did you feel watching that?
Keria: Watching Gumayusi win MSI, more than anything, I just felt happy for him and wanted to congratulate him. And if another MSI opportunity comes my way, I'd like to show a good performance there myself.
The next Hall of Legends inductees are announced in mid-August. If you could pick one player, who would it be?
Keria: I know the Hall of Legends inductees are being announced in mid-August. If I could pick one player, I'd go with Caps (Rasmus Winther).
Keria: As for ranking this year's Worlds championship skins, hmm, I'm honestly not sure. But number one would be Seraphine."
