Sources: whiteinn set to join Barça eSports

Alexandru “whiteinn” Kolozsvari continues his journey through Spain. Having previously played for BCN Squad, Cream Real Betis, Heretics, and Giants, the Romanian support will join Barça eSports for the upcoming Superliga (LVP) season, according to sources from Sheep Esports. He arrives at the Catalan club following a successful season with Los Heretics, where he won both LVP splits in 2024 and reached the semi-finals of the EMEA Masters in the summer.

This is with the team co-founded by David “TheGrefg” Cánovas Martinez and Jorge “Goorgo” Orejudo that whiteinn achieved his best results. Even before the 2024 season double, he had already won the Superliga with the organization in the 2022 Summer Split. Even more impressively, he secured the EU Masters title that season, alongside Jakob “Jackspektra” Gullvag Kepple, who remained his AD Carry last season.

His strong performances caught the attention of Karmine Corp in the LFL, leading whiteinn to join the Blue Wall. However, this move coincided with the Prestigieuse's worst-ever split in the French league, as the team finished ninth with lackluster performances and a botlane pairing with Muhammed “Kaori” Şentürk that never found synergy. Whiteinn was replaced for the Summer split, and KC later went on to win the next two splits. He then returned to Spain for the Summer of 2023, playing with Giants before joining Los Heretics in 2024.

At Barça, he will be tasked with helping the club maintain its positive trajectory. After a challenging Spring (9th place), the organization made two changes and went on to have an excellent Summer Split. Top of the regular season, the team lost in the grand final...to Heretics and whiteinn. The club has retained three players for next season: toplaner Matti "WhiteKnight" Sormunen, jungler Francisco "Thayger" Mazo, and AD Carry Sergio "Legolas" Vicente Gispert. Whiteinn is the second recruit, after Paweł "Czekolad" Szczepanik, completing Barça’s roster for 2025.
