A new MENA talen join VCT EMEA
According to sources close to Sheep Esports, Alaa “Flynn” Nasrallah has reached a verbal agreement to become Natus Vincere’s analyst for the VALORANT 2026 VCT EMEA season. Flynn is an Algerian analyst who most recently worked with Twisted Minds and previously held a coaching position with several teams such as Balkan Stars, Zero Tenacity, DSYRE... This year in particular, he oversaw two line-ups at Twisted Minds, the VCL roster and the Game Changers roster, and delivered notably top-tier results with both.
Looking at the results of the two teams, both reached the finals of their respective leagues. The VCL line-up secured the VCL MENA championship title qualifying for the Ascension EMEA, while the Game Changers EMEA squad fell in the Stage 3 final against G2 Gozen, losing 0–3.
To summarize, Flynn is firmly grounded in opponent preparation and data-driven scouting from his time in the MENA and European circuits, where he ran weekly anti-strat cycles. That profile aligns closely with NAVI’s current direction: Flynn is expected to be involved in the same processes of preparing drafts, analyzing opponents' trends, and reviewing protocols card by card alongside the team.
Why this hire is targeted
NAVI’s year showed a measurable uptick from Stage 1 to Stage 2, with clear performance milestones. Stage 2 was their strongest domestic run of the season: NAVI finished 4th overall after a lower-bracket run, eventually falling 1–2 to GIANTX in Lower Round 3. Outside of the league calendar, NAVI also reached the BtcTurk GameFest grand final before the start of Stage 2, where they lost 1–3 in the grand final to Gentle Mates.
On paper, NAVI enter 2026 with two tangible needs carried over from 2025: sharper opponent-specific preparation in the early playoff rounds, and cleaner map-to-map adaptations when facing familiar regional opponents such as GIANTX and Team Liquid.
Flynn is a solid addition in that regard, with his structured anti-stratting in VCL/ACE and MENA mapping directly onto those gaps. With this move, NAVI continue their offseason after recruiting Volkan "sociablEE" Yonal, Kyrylo "ANGE1" Karasov as head coach, and Dawid "Filu" Czarnecki, as previously reported by Sheep Esports.
