BKR chose UNF0RGIVEN over Patrik
The BK ROG 2026 roster is now complete. According to Sheep Esports sources, the team reached a verbal agreement on Tuesday with William "UNF0RGIVEN" Nieminen for the 2026 LFL season. In competition with Patrik "Patrik" Jírů, the Swedish botlaner was ultimately favoured over his Czech counterpart to share the botlane with Mads "Doss" Schwartz, the sole remaining starter from Summer 2025.
Although BK ROG eventually had to choose between two veterans, the organisation’s initial plan was to recruit a rookie for the ADC position. The structure thus trialled three other profiles at the start of its search: Aleksandar "Avarice" Dimitrov, David "Ryuk" Hörmann, and Michal "Kenal" Karpenko. In the end, the accumulation of rookies within the roster (Tarek "Sayn" Djoghlaf, Yakup "Jeykup" Enes Ermişer) prompted BKR’s management to reconsider its approach and pursue more seasoned players. Two primary candidates emerged at the beginning of this renewed search: Khalil "Rin" Sahraoui and Nikolaj "DenVoksne" Meilby.
An established duo
The first, however, opted to join G2’s academy, G2 NORD, in the Prime League and was therefore removed from consideration. At the same time, BK ROG secured a verbal agreement with Mohamed Yehia "Boda" El Sayed, which opened the door to the two final options, UNF0RGIVEN and Patrik. Both ADCs were keen to play alongside the toplaner — continue doing so in the case of UNF0RGIVEN — and thus became the organisation’s two leading choices.

Together, Boda and UNF0RGIVEN are coming off a successful split with Geekay Esports. Winners of the Arabian League Summer Split, the duo subsequently reached the quarterfinals of the EMEA Masters. Before arriving in the region last summer, UNF0RGIVEN had already amassed considerable experience. Having competed in both major Western leagues, the LEC and LCS, he also attended Worlds 2022 with MAD Lions. Beyond his time in Tier 1, he has traversed numerous ERLs: Ultraliga, NLC, Prime League, TCL, Superliga, and Arabian League.
The LFL was ultimately one of the few significant leagues in which UNF0RGIVEN had yet to set foot. A prolific Draven main in SoloQ, the Swedish veteran peaked at 1720 LP on the EUW ladder this season, marking the highest elo of his career. Competitively, Kai’Sa, Zeri and Ezreal remain his most frequently played champions. In Season 15, UNF0RGIVEN particularly distinguished himself on Corki, his most played champion with nine games and an 89% win rate.
