Théo "Sheo" Borile will remain the jungler for Team Heretics in 2026, sources tell Sheep Esports on Friday. After both parties explored their options, the French jungler will indeed stay with the Spanish organization, which had talks to sign Iván "Razork" Martín Díaz.

For context, Sheo was already under contract with Team Heretics until 2026, so this is not a contract extension. As previously reported by Sheep Esports, TH had entered discussions with Iván "Razork" Martín Díaz, but will ultimately retain Sheo.

Team Heretics initially targeted Razork, but if that move wasn’t possible, Sheo was their top priority. On his side, the French jungler held discussions with his former team, Team BDS, about a potential return, as well as with Fnatic, who were also exploring their options and had allowed Razork to do the same.

Fourth player locked in by TH

After locking Paul "Stend" Lardin in the support role, welcoming Tolga "Serin" Ölmez to the midlane and promote Sebastian "Tracyn" Wojtoń, Sheo becomes the fourth player confirmed for TH. Only an AD Carry is still missing from this roster. The solo laners, Carl Ulsted "Carlsen" Carlsen and Kamil "Kamiloo" Haudegond, will not be part of the team next year. The French midlaner has already secured a new spot, joining Karmine Corp Blue in the LFL, while the Danish toplaner hops aboard the Galions’ ship.

Despite Team Heretics’ difficult year in the LEC, Sheo really stood out. When things worked out for the team, it was mostly thanks to him, and even when they struggled, he delivered performances that were rarely bad. He played 17 different champions over just more than 50 games, achieving an eighth place in Winter, sixth in Spring, and seventh in Summer. Team Heretics made the playoffs in all three splits—something few expected at the start of the year, given their roster included three inexperienced players.
