Humanoid was selected over Poby
Team Vitality will bring Marek "Humanoid" Brázda as their starting midlaner for the 2026 League of Legends EMEA Championship (LEC), according to sources close to Sheep Esports. Team Vitality ultimately had the choice between him and Yoon "Poby" Sung-won, but decided to place their trust in the veteran. Vladimiros "Vladi" Kourtidis was the organization’s initial priority before he chose Fnatic over them.

Humanoid will return to tier 1 competition after leaving Fnatic back in September, and short stints in Forsaken during EMEA Masters after Dawid "Melonik" Ślęczka's suspension, and Entropiq during the Rift Summit tounament in Czech Republic at the end of the year.
One more year in LEC
After being benched by Fnatic and singled out as the player expected to be replaced between Spring and Summer, Humanoid found himself out of the lineup in 2025. The veteran midlaner, criticized for inconsistency and swapped out for Poby mid-season, seemed to be nearing the end of his LEC chapter after years of competition at the top level.
Yet, the 2026 season marks a fresh start. Humanoid will take over the midlane at Team Vitality, replacing rookie Mateusz "Czajek" Czajka— who, despite a promising 2025 showing, will make way for the experienced Czech player. Alongside emerging talent Kaan "Naak Nako" Okan in the toplane and Linas "Lyncas" Nauncikas who both should remain in the roster, Vitality’s lineup mixes proven experience with rising potential, giving Humanoid a new shot at redemption in the LEC.
On top of it, Matyáš "Carzzy" Orság is also almost locked to stay with Team Vitality and remain their starting ADC. This would reunite Humanoid with him, with whom he last played at MAD Lions in 2021, when they won both LEC splits.
