UCAM players can play as substitutes or join the active GIANTX roster.
According to sources close to Sheep Esports, GiantX has partnered up, as the Affiliate Partnerships program allows them to collaborate more closely on content and other commercial partnerships.
This partnership also introduces the concept of two-way players, which means players can get promoted from the UCAM team to the GIANTX main roster. If this comes to fruition, GIANTX will be able to promote some of the players from UCAM to the GIANTX roster, where they'll be getting benefits such as exposure to larger audiences and the ability to play in the VCT without any complications, considering the difficulties faced in getting substitutes previously, as some coaches had to play.
This move benefits GIANTX and the UCAM players, as they can play as substitutes or join the active GIANTX roster. However, two-way players can participate in up to 50% of matches in the VCT competition stage and are only eligible to compete on the secondary team.

UCAM is also known for developing tier 1 talent, such as Maks "kamyk" Rychlewski for Fnatic or Grzegorz "GRUBINHO" Ryczko for KOI, together with Marcos "aer0z" Gonzalez.
