TOBIZ had been coaching MOUZ NXT for the past three years
In early May, Sheep Esports reported that AWPer Álvaro "SunPayus" García and Head Coach Eetu "sAw" Saha would be departing HEROIC to join G2 Esports following the conclusion of the Austin Major. Although the tournament is still ongoing, both teams have already been eliminated, allowing roster moves and restructuring to begin in earnest. SunPayus and sAw are expected to part ways with the Danish organization, which, according to sources at Sheep Esports, has already identified their successors: Gleb "gr1ks" Gazin as the incoming sniper — a move first reported by Vladislav Gromov — and Tobias "TOBIZ" Theo as the new Head Coach.
A Strategic Shift
At just 19 years old, gr1ks is poised to make his debut with an organization accustomed to competing at the highest level of Counter Strike 2. The Belarusian AWPer was regarded as one of the most promising AWPer in Eastern Europe when he joined Aurora in late December 2024. Although the entire roster was benched in April, gr1ks remained active alongside his former teammates and notably claimed victory at the YaLLa Compass Spring 2025 under the Astrum banner. With his arrival, HEROIC signals a complete strategic pivot — moving from a seasoned veteran to an almost-rookie in the game's most high-profile role.
TOBIZ, meanwhile, brings more experience to the table than his incoming player, having been involved in the CS scene since 2017. After nearly five years of competing, he transitioned to coaching and has served as Head Coach of MOUZ NXT — MOUZ’s academy roster — since February 2022. Now, after three years under the same banner, the Danish coach is set to make his Tier 1 debut, stepping onto the main stage in a new leadership role.
