OG eyes veteran leadership
According to sources close to Sheep Esports, Casper "cadiaN" Mølle has reached an agreement with OG Esports to join the organization’s Counter-Strike project for the 2026 season. On Thursday, October 30, the European organization—best known for its two The International titles in Dota 2—announced the departure of Christoffer "Chr1zN" Storgaard and Nico "nicoodoz" Tamjidi.
A veteran of Astralis, North, and Heroic, cadiaN is one of the most recognizable figures in the scene and remains a cornerstone of Danish Counter-Strike.
According to sources close to Sheep Esports, Chr1zN is now for sale.
OG signs experienced leader
He joins OG, the team didn't qualify for the StarLadder Major in Budapest. The arrival of such a renowned in-game leader could breathe new life into the project. Alongside the roster changes, the organization also reaffirmed its commitment to remain active in CS2, a message aimed at reassuring potential recruits.
The team's goal now is to reach the top 16 in Valve's ranking, which qualifies you for the major.
Currently sitting just outside the HLTV and Valve Ranking System Top 30, OG failed to make it past the opening stage of the Austin Major and has struggled to appear in major international events throughout 2025. Still, the roster managed to claim a few notable wins, including success in CCT events and a title at DracuLan #2.
cadiaN needs to reassure himself
For his part, cadiaN is also emerging from a challenging period, having missed every Major since the 2023 Paris event—where Team Vitality lifted their first trophy. During that time, he left his longtime home at Heroic to join North American side Team Liquid, a move that didn’t quite work out. After just five months, he departed Liquid to join Astralis, another historic name going through tough times.
Despite these setbacks, cadiaN still made appearances at BLAST Premier: World Final 2024 and IEM Katowice 2025, delivering respectable performances even if they fell short of championship contention. His brightest moment came at PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025, where he and his Danish teammates secured a third-place finish after eliminating teams like The Mongolz and FaZe Clan in the playoffs.
