In the wake of their loss, Betty remains hopeful for the rest of the Mid-Season Invitational 2024.

Join us for an exclusive interview with Betty, the ADC for PSG Talon, as he reflects on their opening-day loss (1-2) against FlyQuest at the Mid-Season Invitational (MSI). Despite the setback, Betty discusses the potential for rebounding in the tournament, addressing the team's early-game errors and their plan for making critical adjustments.

| PSG lost against FlyQuest with a 1-2 score. How are you feeling after this match?

Betty: "This is our first show day. We feel that it's really a pity that we didn't manage to take the win today. We just made so many mistakes. We need to take learnings from this match and make a few adjustments, but we'll keep trying our best to win the next match."

| The PCS has been an underrated region for a while. Despite the loss, are you satisfied with your play and confident that PSG will be able to rebound to make it out of the play-in stage?

Betty: "Yeah, I have enough confidence in my team. Although we lost this game, I know we can make the right adjustments and fix things up. Spirits are high and we trust in our ability to perform."

| What is the biggest aspect that led to your loss today?

Betty: "Especially maybe in games two and three, in terms of the early game lane swap, we just didn't manage to do enough preparation for this part, and maybe we made some mistakes in the early game, especially when playing aggressively and pro-actively. I'd also say that we were too nervous for today's game."

| The PCS hasn't been able to show up internationally in a while. Do you think that this roster could put the region back on others' radars and break its curse?

Betty: "I think that we need to change our mentality and mindset if we want to break past our limitations. It feels like, when we play on the international stage, we simply get too nervous. We are better than this but cannot translate our regional results so far. We'll get better.

| This is your first international tournament since 2019. How are you approaching this event on a personal level? Have you felt any pressure when competing against other players in your position?

Betty: "Usually, I'm not the kind to feel that kind of pressure when competing internationally. I've been here for such a long time by now. I try to just enjoy the stage and playing against these strong teams. I'm just excited to play here."

"I like to be able to show off my mechanics and make highlights. I'll do my best to give everyone a great Betty performance."

| Considering the recent track record of the PCS, what would you say to get fans of the Asia-Pacific region hyped for PSG Talon once more?

Betty: "First, I'd like to thank all our fans for supporting us, despite the loss today. We're working hard to take feedback into account and learn from our mistakes, especially after this match. We're looking into what we need to do and fix it. We are going to win our next match."
