Oner’s most played champion at Worlds was Xin Zhao, with five games on the pick
During a recent stream, T1 jungler Mun "Oner" Hyeon-jun revealed his ranking for his 2025 Worlds skin. At the top of his list is his most-played champion of the tournament, Xin Zhao, with five games. He is followed by Pantheon (three games), and finally Nocturne (three games) or Dr. Mundo (one game, which was his first ever on the champion).
As a reminder, since Oner is a three-time World Champion, this will be his third Worlds skin. After his 2023 victory over Weibo Gaming in the final, he took the skin on his most-played champion of his career, Lee Sin. The following year, after defeating Bilibili Gaming, Oner chose Vi.
All T1 players have now shared their preferences or options for their Worlds skin. Choi "Doran" Hyeon-joon has chosen Ambessa. Oner is still hesitating between the champions mentioned earlier. Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok held a poll among his fans, with Galio coming out on top.
He then ran a second poll between Mel and Galio, which Mel won, so his choice may ultimately be between those two. As for the botlane, Lee "Gumayusi" Min-hyeong, who will join Hanwha Life Esports and be replaced by Kim "Peyz" Su-hwan, said he is torn between Miss Fortune and Yunara, while Ryu "Keria" Min-seok is hesitating between Neeko, Seraphine and Lulu.
Mundo, from First Time Pick to Worlds Skin
While most of the champions mentioned by Oner are common picks for him — and for junglers in general — one of them clearly isn’t. Xin Zhao is his second most-played champion of all time behind Lee Sin, Nocturne ranks seventh, and Pantheon sits thirteenth among the roughly forty champions he has played in his career. The last option, Dr. Mundo, had never been played by Oner before the 2025 Worlds quarterfinals against Anyone’s Legend.
Several voice-comms videos came out afterward about that Mundo pick, showing the T1 players and coaching staff explaining to Oner how the champion actually works — while he didn’t seem particularly hyped about the idea of playing the Madman of Zaun. The game ended up being just average for him, but T1 still closed it out and secured their spot in the semifinals.
