League of Legends Worlds 2024 Play-In stage has concluded on Sunday, with Mad Lions KOI, GAM,
paiN Gaming, and PSG Talon earning their spots in the main event. With the elimination rounds behind us, Riot Games hosted the
Swiss Stage Draw Show to determine the first matchups.
As a reminder, a total of 16 teams will clash between each other to determine who is going to qualify to the knockout stage. The format consists of five rounds, with no rematches allowed. Teams advance to the Knockouts after three wins, while teams with three losses are eliminated. Qualification and elimination matches are played in best of three, while all other matches are played in best of one.
These highly anticipated clashes between the worldâs top teams will kick off this Thursday at 14:00 CET.
