Joblife's roster for next season is almost complete
Joblife’s 2026 roster is almost complete. After assembling an all-Greek botlane featuring Markos "Comp" Stamkopoulos and Nikos "HungryPanda" Nikolaidis, as previously reported by Sheep Esports, JL continue their extensive roster overhaul with a new Polish mid-jungle duo, as announced by team owner Toma "Tomy" Abdellaoui on Twitch on Wednesday.
For the jungle position, the French organization has chosen to invest in a young prospect, Marcel "Shift" Bąk, while opting for a more seasoned player to take charge of the midlane with Paweł "Czekolad" Szczepanik. With these two additions, the team is close to finalizing its new 2026 project.
Czekolad, the experience
Following a challenging debut year in the LFL, Joblife are preparing to enter their second season with higher ambitions and a promising round of signings. After securing an experienced botlane with Comp and HungryPanda, the French squad has once again turned to a veteran for the midlane. A year after departing from the French league, Czekolad is now expected to make his return to the LFL.
The player has long proven himself within the ERL ecosystem. Between 2022 and 2024, he competed in three LFL seasons—one with GameWard and two with BK ROG Esports. Last season, he moved to the Superliga with Barça eSports, where he won the Spring Split title and reached the EMEA Masters final, ultimately falling 3–0 to Los Ratones.
Shift, the youth
To complement these experienced profiles, Joblife has decided to take a gamble on youth in the jungle role by recruiting Shift. The player has just completed his first full competitive year with Entropiq, during which he participated in the EMEA Masters Summer but failed to advance past the Swiss Stage. Notably, he recently peaked at rank 9 in EUW solo queue with 1,629 LP.
With all these changes, the roster is now nearly complete for the 2026 season. After a first LFL year where the team fell short of reaching the playoffs in all splits, Joblife aim for stronger results next year through an ambitious recruitment strategy. The identity of the new toplaner, however, remains undisclosed for now.
