Only three teams can qualify for the Regional Championship
After just three weeks of competition, LTA North Split 3 has reached its conclusion — at least for the regular stage. None of the eight participating teams has been eliminated yet. Instead, these opening weeks served to seed the playoff bracket. The stakes couldn’t be higher: the playoffs will not only crown the Summer Split champion but also decide who advances toward the Regional Championship, the final gateway to the 2025 World Championship in China starting October 14.

The LTA North teams are battling for precious spots at Regionals, where the top three squads from LTA North will meet the top three from LTA South. Only three from this combined field will secure their spot at Worlds. Every match will be in a best-of-five format, and should be the peak of the season for the region.
Cloud9 and FlyQuest still untouchable
Only two teams emerged undefeated from the Split 3 three weeks of play — the two powerhouses that have been dictating the tempo of the league for months: Cloud9 and FlyQuest. Shopify Rebellion also remains unbeaten in series but has shown a few cracks, dropping a few games to Disguised in Week 2 and to 100 Thieves this week.
Outside the top three, Team Liquid claimed a valuable fourth place, ensuring a slot in the winner’s bracket. Their Week 3 loss to Cloud9 (0-2) hides the reality of two tightly contested games — both turned in C9’s favor thanks to a standout performance from Park “Thanatos” Seung-gyu and sharper late-game decision-making around neutral objectives.
At the other end of the table, 100 Thieves and Dignitas continue their downward spiral, tied for last after going winless in all three weeks. On top of it, Dignitas’ Week 3 loss handed Disguised their first BO3 victory of the year. The two bottom teams will meet again in the playoffs’ loser’s bracket, this time in a best-of-five, where the season will end for the loser. LYON will face 100 Thieves in the other elimination match.
