The LPL Split 3 Playoffs kick off with the Grand Finals stage starting Sunday, September 7, featuring two best-of-five clashes: EDward Gaming vs Invictus Gaming and Bilibili Gaming vs JD Gaming. Eight teams will battle in a double-elimination bracket, with the top four squads from Group Ascend selecting their Round 1 opponents from the play-in winners in order of placement. Only the winner of this Grand Finals will secure a spot at Worlds, while the other teams will fight through the Regional Finals to determine the three remaining Chinese representatives for the home-soil Worlds.
