Once again this year, Top Esports are putting their trust in their stars. The organization announced on Wednesday, November 26, the re-signing of Bai "369" Jia-Hao, Lin "Creme" Jian, and Yu "JackeyLove" Wen-Bo, keeping the same core roster intact. The news confirms the rumors that had circulated in recent days and offers reassurance to fans following the official departure of Seo "Kanavi" Jin-hyeok to Hanwha Life Esports.

The Chinese club is doubling down on its veterans: 369 will enter his fifth year with the team, and JackeyLove his sixth. Earlier in 2025, JackeyLove had expressed concerns regarding his health and his ability to continue competing in 2026, but this new deal puts those worries to rest—he doesn’t seem ready to step away from the stage just yet.

Meanwhile, Creme will remain in the midlane for a third consecutive year. That leaves Top Esports still in need of a jungler and support to complete its roster. They will likely have to go through the newly implemented bidding system introduced this year and compete financially to secure top-tier players.

On the same fondations as in 2025

Building on the same foundations as in 2025, Top Esports heads into another season after a strong year with this trio. They were the Split 1 champions and represented the LPL at the first international event of the year, the First Stand. Although their performance there was underwhelming—particularly after being crushed by Hanwha Life Esports—they bounced back after a disappointing Split 2 to deliver a stronger showing in Split 3, coming one game short of claiming the title against Bilibili Gaming. At Worlds, they were the LPL’s deepest run, ultimately falling heavily to T1 in the semifinals.
