The LCK Finals, which will determine the ultimate champion of the newly unified single-season format, will take place on September 12 and 13, 2026, at KSPO Dome in Seoul’s Olympic Park. The match on the 12th will decide which team advances to the finals, followed by the championship match on the 13th.
LCK returns to iconic venues
KSPO Dome, which can hold around 15,000 spectators, also hosted the 2024 LCK Spring Finals and the match that decided the finalists. The Road to MSI, the tournament that decides Korea’s representative for MSI, will be held from June 12 to 14, 2026, at the Wonju Gymnasium (currently known as the Wonju DB Promy Arena) in Wonju, Gangwon's province. The Wonju Gymnasium also serves as the home court of the Wonju DB Promy basketball team and is one of the most recently built indoor arenas in Korea, known for offering fans an optimal viewing environment.
According to Daily e-sports, LCK Secretary-General Lee Jeong-hoon stated, “When deciding on Wonju as the host city for the MSI qualifier, we considered travel distances for fans from the metropolitan area and the available infrastructure. Wonju received high marks for its strong local support and commitment. As for the KSPO Dome, it offers excellent accessibility for fans and successfully hosted the finals in 2024, so we’re expecting another great event next year.”
