32 Teams Competing, 16 Will Advance to Playoffs
The group stage of the EMEA Masters Spring 2025 began on Tuesday, June 3. A total of 32 teams have been divided into eight groups of four. Six ERLs were granted three slots each, based on their league's performances over the past two seasons: the LFL (France), Superliga (Spain), Prime League (Germany), TCL (Turkey), LIT (Italy), and the Arabian League. Despite Los Ratones’ victory in the Winter edition, the NLC retains only two slots, as do the six remaining ERLs: the HLL, Hitpoint Masters, Rift Legends, LPOL, EBL, and ROL.
Final to Be Held on June 21
This initial phase spans five days—excluding the weekend to accommodate the LEC—and concludes on Monday, June 9. The format follows a GSL-style group stage, played entirely in best-of-three (BO3) series using the Fearless Draft system. Following the first round, teams face opponents with identical win-loss records. Teams that secure two victories advance to the playoffs, while those with two losses are eliminated. Teams progressing with a 2-0 record will claim the first seed, while those qualifying with a 2-1 record will be seeded second. The evolution of the groups can be followed in this article.
Groups A to D

Groups E to H

In total, sixteen teams will qualify for the playoffs, which follow a single-elimination bracket format. Matches will continue to use Fearless Draft, but will be played in best-of-five (BO5) series. The playoffs begin on June 11, with the competition ending with the grand final on June 21. As a reminder, the ERLs have aligned their calendar with the LEC this season, with three editions scheduled throughout the year. A final edition will take place during the Summer Split, featuring an even larger pool of teams. While only 16 teams participated in Winter, the number has increased to 32 for Spring, and will rise to 44 in Summer.
