During its annual GIANTX FEST event, the Spanish organization unveiled its roster for the 2026 Superliga season. GIANTX opted for a fully Spanish lineup, marking a clear shift in direction for its secondary team. At the same time, the organization also confirmed that its LEC roster will remain unchanged for 2026, keeping the same lineup as in 2025.

The new Superliga roster will feature Manuel “ManoloGap” Garcia in the toplane, Antonio “Th3Antonio” Espinosa in the jungle, Ismael “Miniduke” Cortés in the midlane, and Amadeu “Attila” Carvalho as support. Victor “Flakked” Lirola, whose signing had already been announced a few days earlier, completes the lineup as AD Carry.

A clear change in direction

Despite a successful 2025 season for GIANTX Pride, which included winning the Superliga Summer Split and reaching the Round of 16 twice at the EMEA Masters, the organization decided to part ways with its entire roster. In its place, GIANTX have built a brand-new lineup under a new identity: GIANTX iTero, signaling a major shift in philosophy and project focus.

One of the most notable changes is the return to competition of Th3Antonio. After serving as an ambassador for GIANTX following his stint as the team’s toplaner during the LEC Summer 2024, the Spanish veteran is making his comeback—this time in the jungle role. Speaking during the event, Th3Antonio explained the vision behind the project: “We’re going to stream everything. The idea is to do something similar to Los Ratones.”

The roster combines a mix of profiles: ManoloGap is coming from the Superliga second division; Miniduke is a more experienced midlaner who has competed in Spanish leagues for several years; and Attila is a Spanish-Portuguese support with significant experience despite not competing last season. Flakked rounds out the lineup, bringing LEC-level pedigree to the project. No head coach has been announced for the 2026 season so far. To close out the event, GIANTX iTero played a BO3 showmatch against the organization’s LEC roster, which competed off-role and ultimately came out on top.
