16 teams will face off from October 11 to November 2 in this single-elimination phase
Following the conclusion of the final matches in the GSL Group Stage of the EMEA Masters Summer, the round of 16 matchups were drawn this Wednesday. Matches continue to use Fearless Draft, but are played in best-of-five (BO5) series. The playoffs begin on October 11, with the competition ending with the grand final on November 2 at the Paris Games Week.
Los Ratones chasing the golden road
After winning both the Winter and Spring EMEA Masters, as well as sweeping the Winter, Spring, and Summer splits of the NLC, Los Ratones are now just one trophy away from completing the ERL golden road. Their run almost ended early, though — they only qualified from the group stage on the very last day with a 4–3 record. They’ll start big with a matchup against Vitality.Bee. The rest of the bracket looks rather one-sided, with a clear favorite in every series except perhaps Galions vs Barça eSports.

The Round of 16 will take place from October 11 to 12, followed by the quarterfinals on October 16–17, the semifinals on October 20–21, and finally the grand final on November 2 — the same day as the Worlds semifinals in China — live from Paris Games Week.
