Conviction is one of the many streamer teams emerging right now, alongside Los Ratones in Europe and Near Airport in North America. The trend continues to attract attention, this time with a roster featuring Iranian toplaner Ashkan "TF Blade" Homayouni, jungler Perry Chen "Perry" Norman, midlaner Jackson "KatEvolved" Dohan, Syrian AD Carry Omran "V1per" Shoura, and support William "Stunt" Chen. Together, the five of them represent over two million followers across their respective Twitch channels.
Riot opens its circuit
This is therefore a major event for Riot Games’ League of Legends circuit. While the LCK, LPL, and LEC remain fully closed leagues, the LTA and LCP have opened up their competitions. The LTA promotion tournament will kick off with a Play-In on October 4, starting with Estral Esports facing the loser of the NACL final. The winner of that final will play the Tigres in the next round, while Disguised will face the Play-In winner. The tournament will run until October 12, with the final determining which team will join LTA North in 2026.
