Group A: Team KZ holds off Liga Pro, Klan Pedrajas bounces back

In the battle for first place in Group A, Team KZ earned a 2-1 victory over Liga Pro Team. The Kazakh squad controlled the digital phase with a commanding 13-2 win on Mirage and a 13-9 victory on Dust2, rendering Liga Pro’s 6-0 sweep in the laser tag arena secondary.

"I was confident we would win the CS stage without too many problems, and that's exactly how it played out," said Ruslan Borzhikov of Team KZ. "Our goal is to stay grounded and stick to our plan."

In the other Group A fixture, Klan Pedrajas swept Mirage Team 3-0. Klan Pedrajas dominated Ancient (13-1) and Inferno (13-3) before closing out a competitive physical stage 6-3, despite a heroic 1vX defuse from Mirage Team's GROM in the laser arena.

"We played very well," said Javier Pedrajas of Klan Pedrajas. "We didn't manage to close out two maps yesterday, so we wanted to win everything today. We came here for the 3-0 and we got it."

Group B: Minsk House sweeps reigning champions NOVAQ

Minsk House delivered the performance of the day in Group B, sweeping reigning Games of the Future champions NOVAQ 3-0. Led by lollipop21k dropping 23 kills on Dust2, Minsk House took the digital maps 13-1 and 12-5 before securing a 6-0 whitewash in laser tag.

"They are the current champions of the Games of the Future and very strong in laser tag, so it was my goal to beat them," said Alexey Zlotkovskiy of Minsk House.

Meanwhile, Eternal Fire earned a 2-1 victory over Team Hybrids. Eternal Fire dominated the CS2 portion (13-5 on Ancient, 13-2 on Dust2), but Team Hybrids salvaged a point in the standings by claiming a 6-1 win in the physical arena.

The group stage concludes on August 6 with all eight teams playing their final series to determine qualification:

Reigning champions NOVAQ face a must-win scenario against Team Hybrids to keep their title defense alive. Top two teams from each group will qualify directly for the playoff stage.
