With his contract expiring at the end of this year, Cody is considering and looking favorably on returning to Brazil in 2026.
The transfer window for CBLOL 2026 is about to open, but some moves are already being made behind the scenes. One of the names that is hotly discussed is Cristian Sebastián "cody" Quispe, a midlaner who was at Estral and failed to secure a spot in the LCS in 2026.
Sheep Esports has learned that the player has been offered to LOUD and paiN, while Leviatán has also expressed interest in the midlaner. The first two teams inquired about Cody, but so far, they have not responded with an offer to include the Chilean in their plans for next year.
According to the report, the athlete's situation is straightforward, as his contract ends in November, as do most of the contracts of other players, both from CBLOL and other regions. In other words, there would be no fee to pay to sign Cody, who is interested in returning to play in Brazil.
cody in 2025
With a meteoric performance in the first stage of LTA South 2025, Cody gained prominence on the Brazilian scene and finished as the best player in his position at that time. In the second stage of the championship, he did not do so well, but still remained prominent among Leviatán's players.
At the end of 2025, the Chilean ventured into North America's Tier 2 with Estral, which set up an ambitious project to try to secure a spot in the 2026 LCS, competing in the Relegation against Disguised.
However, the Mexican team did not even reach the finals of the competition and ended up being eliminated by Luminosity, which also failed to secure a spot in the competition.
