The roster of 2XKO, the free-to-play fighting game set in the League of Legends universe, currently features seven characters: Ahri, Yasuo, Darius, Ekko, Illaoi, Braum, Vi, and Jinx. Each champion brings their unique fighting style from League of Legends to the 2D-fighter genre — staying true to their origins. To ensure proper balance at launch, Riot Games plans to release 2XKO with only ten playable characters.

With both versatile and specialized champions, 2XKO offers a wide range of tactical possibilities, enhanced further by its unique 2v2 format. While the starting roster is limited, the developers have confirmed that many more LoL champions could join the cast, promising future expansions for the community —especially for esports fans. At launch, the game will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S and X. Until the official release, a beta version will be available starting September 9, 2025.

Ahri in 2XKO

Ahri is a fox-like vastaya whose grace matches her formidable power. Challenging to defend against and even more difficult to corner, she's an agile mage specializing in precise skillshots and an arsenal of ranged pressure tools at her command.

Forged in Zaun to handle the dirtiest of tasks, this towering golem found a greater purpose beyond waste disposal. Blitzcrank now uses their immense strength and extendable rocket fists to seize foes and protect allies, channeling raw energy into devastating bursts.

Braum in 2XKO

Braum wanders through the frozen wilderness of the Freljord, offering his shield to anyone who requires aid. With short-range strikes, icy slows and stuns, strong defensive capabilities — and a squad of poros to safeguard his teammates and interfere with opponents — he can be a terrifying opponent in-game.

Darius in 2XKO

A fierce yet calculated combatant, Darius controls the battlefield, wielding his massive two-handed axe. He's a medium-range fighter whose strikes are as colossal and ruthless as the power of Noxus itself. If you don't dance out of his axe's range, he'll crush you without a second thought.

A genius from Zaun's harsh streets, Ekko bends time to turn any circumstance in his favor. Through his personal creation, the Z-Drive, he excels at pressure mixups and explosive mobility. Ekko's Afterimage allows him to mix up opponents from both sides within seconds — but he's at risk if you catch him out.

The Truth-Bearer of Nagakabouros, Illaoi brandishes a totem to challenge her foes and conjure ghostly tentacles as her allies. She's a control bruiser who crushes enemies with pressure as overwhelming as her devotion. Just like in League, if you don't watch out for her tentacles, you'll be dead before you know it.

Armed with an array of personalized firearms, snares, and explosives, Jinx spreads chaos wherever she goes. She specializes in controlling space, bombarding enemies with vibrant devastation from a distance. If you don't close the gap, you'll have to deal with her insults alongside her abilities. Either could be deadly.

Brash, reckless, and always ready to brawl, Vi relies on her oversized hextech gauntlets and sharp boxing instincts to bulldoze through anyone in her way. Whether it’s smashing obstacles or flooring opponents with bone-crushing haymakers, she thrives in the heat of the fight.

An Ionian of unwavering determination, Yasuo is a nimble swordsman who harnesses the wind itself to battle his foes. He dominates at medium range, utilizing his wind mastery to slice through opponents and deflect projectiles.
